Hello there, 1. I had an doubt, do I have to sign/fill up the ICLA form/agreement before starting contributing in GitHub? As I was reading in the Apache Beam website it said that we need to fill up the agreement before contributing. 2. And wanted to ask any plans for GSOC 2025?
