Hey Ayoyinka, That PR with protobuf>=4.21.1,<4.23.0 support should be included in the 2.47 release, that is correct.

The next release branch cut will be on April 5. Usually once the branch is cut it takes 2-6 weeks to finalize the release (depending on how many cherry-picks/release branch changes are needed), so I would expect the 2.47 release to be finalized in late April or in May. There should be updates on the dev@ list as the process progresses.
