I was excited to see Avro 1.9.0 released, but the the list of changes in https://s.apache.org/avro190 doesn't include https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-1723, even though the PR for that Jira was merged a couple of years ago (and wasn't in 1.8.2). Does anybody know if that's just a bug in the Jira metadata, or if that change got pulled out of Avro 1.9.0?
