Thanks Micheal and stephen. I was using XSLAN related library(com.ibm.cml.jar) and tat is used in my new task definition. It is loading the parent class name but inside therre is one more class is instantiating using class.forName the inner referenced class not found when I ran ANT since as stephen told requires system library should know about it.
