I must be doing something wrong because everytime I try to do one of the
options posted here, I get this:

svn:
[exec] Skipped http://1.2.3.4/repos/address/I/want/updated
[exec] Skipped location/on/computer/the/update/should/happen


why is it "skipping" this step?
