Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the reply and you got my question right. However,
setting the nowarn attribute to "on"/"yes"/"true" does not help.
I still see all the warning and deprecated messages.
This is how I'm setting it :
<javac nowarn="true" srcdir="${project.src.java}
destdir="${project.output.classes}">
<classpath refid="common.pathrefs" />
</javac>
Is there anything wrong , or any other way of trying the same ?
Thanks,
Sumit

Hi Sumit,
Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question, but if you take a look in the
manual you'll see the javac task has attributes (nowarn, deprecation)
that you can set to true/false to control whether you see those
messages.
Thanks,
Kevin

Subject: Suppress javac warning
Hi All,
I need to suppress javac warning and specially deprecated
messages to the compiler.
I tried nowarn, no luck.
Any pointers on how can I achieve the same ?
Thanks,
Sumit
