As in every software project ... could you update to a newer version?
Ant 1.6.2 is very old (3years), 1.7.0 is the latest (Dez.2006).
The required libraries listed in the online manual are for the last released 
version, which is here 1.7.0.

If you cant update, have a look at that section in your offline manual. Choose 
the exact version of the libraries. There were problems with incompatible 
versions...


But btw - nice post. Contains a lot of needed information ;)
