You may need to set your JAVA_HOME to a JDK install - not a JRE install...

I am getting one error while running build.xml file. Following is the
error.

Unable to locate tools.jar. Expected to find it in C:\Program
Files\Java\jre1.6.
0_01\lib\tools.jar
Can somebody please help.
