I was working with ant without any problems but after i wanted to control tomcat according to http://raibledesigns.com/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=TomcatAntTasks or http://tomcat.objektpark.org/howto/antmanager.html Or http://ptrthomas.wordpress.com/2006/03/25/how-to-start-and-stop-tomcat-from- ant/ Ant does not care about any command line options. I was not able to test the tomcat control because ant -buildfile did not work, anytime when i a m writing ant -version I get: ant -version Buildfile: build.xml does not exist! Build failed
