You should be able to store the tstamp in a property and use that in the
directory name something like:
<tstamp>
<format property = "TIMESTAMP" pattern =
"yyyy-MM-dd_HH-mm-ss"/>
</tstamp>
<mkdir dir = "${TIMESTAMP}"/>
