Maybe the <pathconvert> task can help you : http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/pathconvert.html Or <propertyregex> from ant-contrib : http://ant-contrib.sourceforge.net/tasks/tasks/propertyregex.html
I tend to prefer the first one but sometimes propertyregex can save the day :)
