Hi,

Yes, tried adding it like that to the ant configuration for a single ant
configuration and also under the general Ant settings under Window |
Preferences | Ant.

Have you tried adding the libs via Eclipse?
  Run | External Tools | External Tools... | <an Ant configuration> |
Classpath (tab)
