If Ephi wants to keep the file list in a separate file outside the
build file, then <filelist> would need to be extended with a filesfile
attribute. OTOH, since we have <loadfile> already, the file content
can be loaded into a 'loaded-file' property, de-referenced in
<filelist dir="..." files="${loaded-file}" />. --DD
