Running the ant script for me generates no errors. Oddly, removing the <!doctype> from the input.in file does cause the errors to be emitted.

Hmm..the last attached file seemed to cause some confusion. It is called "input.in", and that file suffix has confused Evolution at least.

Here's the file again; please rename to "input.in" as that's what the build.xml file attached previously is expecting (or alter the build.xml file):
