Hi Lawrie,

having the Jakarta Commons in mind I would think about
- one project (svn+Ant) per jar/war
  build.xml: import common/common.xml
- one project per ear
  build.xml: import common/common.xml
  svn:external-->jar/war
- one project for common files

I´m not the svn-guru, so I stress to "think about" these :-)
