It contains only empty dirs. Specifying includeEmptyDirs="true" the sync
tasks behaves as expected. But the following is written in the manual:
includeEmptyDirs Copy any empty directories included in the
FileSet(s). No; defaults to true.
It seems that the default value is false, not true.
