I have a project named Dant, which has a Ant task wrapper, you can define the host and run executable remotely , the std output and std. err message will be directed to the machine you run the ant scripts.
The idea is as same as Rant, but it support more network protocol , include socket, rmi and soap-service as well Unfortunately, the project currently is get down for a while , for some legal problem.
