I was browsing through my local installation and I found them on <ANT_HOME>/docs/manual/api/index.html
however, I was looking on the [apache-ant-1.6.2-src.zip] file and this directory doesn't exists within that packed file; then, I dug on the [apache-ant-1.6.2-bin.zip] file and voila! the ..../api/ directory were there. Not sure if the same happened with the .tar.gz packed files, but a good place to look for. Regards.
