I don't have these files in $ANT_HOME\lib or $HOME\.ant

Where do I verify if these jars exist?
[Conelly, Luis] jars must exist either in $ANT_HOME/lib or
$HOME/.ant/lib
or define the location by using the -lib switch in the command line [1]

Is the content of ${param.mail.list} is mail addresses separate by
comma?
[Conelly, Luis] Yes, it is

How and where do you define them?
[Conelly, Luis] You can define it as a simple property in your build
file,
such as:

<property name="param.mail.list"
value="[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]"/>

You also can define it as a simple property in a .properties file and
then,
load it at the begin of your build file

        <property file="./build.properties"/>

Do you have the libraries mentioned in the Manual?? Mail uses a couple
of
them (activation.jar & mail.jar, I believe).

This is an excrept of one of my build files. This sends mail messages to
multiple addresses:

-----------------
        <mail mailhost="${mail.host}" mailport="${mail.port}"
              subject="${param.mail.subject}"
              encoding="plain"
              from="${param.mail.sender}" tolist="${param.mail.list}"
              files="${param.mail.file}">
              <message src="${param.mail.message}"/>
        </mail>
-----------------

See http://ant.apache.org/manual/install.html#librarydependencies for
more
information about library dependencies

luis
