Chere do I get netcomponents.jar? I'm using 1.5.4

If you are using ant 1.6.0 copy the commons-net.jar file,
under ANT_HOME\lib.
no need to meddle with classpath

" Ant could not find the task or a class this task relies upon."
Message. I put " commons-net-1.1.0.jar" in the classpath... to no avail.
What am I missing?
