Accumulo Proxy for accumulo v2.1.3

Is there an Accumulo proxy implementation for Accumulo v2.1.1-v2.1.3 ?

I look at the existing accumulo-proxy project in github here 
https://github.com/apache/accumulo-proxy/. They have a pending PR for v2.1.1.
