I am using as part of the command line command line:
ssl2=tty:/dev/ttyS0
and I am giving ttyS0 on the host permission to be read-write by others so
that the UML can open it.
Also on inittab I have the line:
ttyS2::respawn:/sbin/getty -L ttyS2 9600 vt100
and it works fine.
