OK, this maybe solved editing the guest filesystem /etc/inittab file
at point 20)
Change the following line from:
1:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty1
to:
1:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty0

Now you are able to login, but another issue arise! -_-

When I try to login as root, I'm not able to do it!!!

Looking for a solution also to this problem!
