I'm trying to build a 2.6.23 kernel with the SKAS3 patch downloaded from the UML site on Source Forge annotated 2008-01-10. I've fetched linux 2.6.23.17 source from www.kernel.org, applied the SKAS3 patch, and activated proc_mm in the config.
"make" fails - can't find include/linux/proc_mm.h. So, following a suggestion I read somewhere, I linked from ./arch/um/include/skas/proc_mm.h. This time when I run "make" it fails building arch/i386/kernel/ptrace.c complaining about "proc_mm_get_mm" and "lock_fix_dumpable_setting". Any idea what I'm doing wrong? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ User-mode-linux-user mailing list User-mode-linux-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/user-mode-linux-user
