Hi,

There's a thing (at least one...) that I don't get. An AMD x86_64 is
able to run 32-bits user processes. In fact, I got from the Fedora yum
a 32-bit version of Firefox alongside the 64-bit version.

So, since UML is a user process, shoudn't it be that it can run on a
64-bit AMD machine as is, along with a 32-bit filesystem ?

Or is it the interface with the system )eg tap devices, etc...) that
prevents this ?

Thanks for any clarification, cheers.

Al
