Hi.

I've read that Lustre Developers (http://wiki.lustre.org) use UML to debug.
I would like to use UML to test Lustre. I noticed that they provide patches
for Linux 2.6.18 (vanilla), but it seems this version does not build for UML.

So, my question is:

* Are there patches that allow me to build the old 2.6.18?
* Any tips for trying lustre with UML?

I wanted to build a document with the experience, but now I think that it
is rather pointless to make documents referencing old kernels.

Regards,
Nelson.-
