I'm using it on the last version I saw released:

$ uname -r
2.6.21.6-skas3-v8.2
$ 

The benefits of skas3 have proven to be worth maintaining a custom
kernel in my situation. Unfortunately, Jeff has previously cautioned
that the skas3 patches will never be accepted into mainline.

It's my hope that Jeff and Blaisor will continue to support this patch
set as its speed benefits haven't been matched through skas0.
