I just discovered  what is wrong.

xhost +192.169.0.250 is not enough on host side.
The xwindows must enabled to accept tcp connections.

On ubuntu 6.06 we must go at System->Administration->Session
Manager->Security tab and uncheck the "deny tcp connections" option. I
am sure there is a command line equivalent to this procedure. Somebody
with more experience than me will be more useful in that subject.
