I am developing some kernel changes, and am getting some memory corruption on a real system. I've used valgrind in user-level and it is really useful, and I know that some work has gone on in the past so that UML and valgrind can work together. The UML configuration also has mention of valgrind for the stack size.
I've searched for howtos, but can't find any and the posts that I found about it are rather old. Does anyone have Valgrind an UML working together? I am running valgrind 3.2.0 and the 2.6.17-rc1 UML kernel that is available from the UML site. When I run without valgrind things work fine. With valgrind I get this error. Checking if syscall restart handling in host can be skipped...check_skas_restart _skip : expected SIGTRAP, got status = 1407 Thanks, Charles ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
