[uml-user] Problems booting uml 2.6.16

Hi guys,

I'm using kernel 2.6.16 in debian (testing/unstable) I recompiled uml-utilities. UML - linux just boot and hangs just liike it trapped an illegal instruction, but this is not the case, since I am using a Pentium IV Here's the output I get from UML-console:

my tries with gdb gave me SIGUSR1 and program abort just before the console is launched...
I obviously created ubd in /dev on the host machine.

MAKEDEV ubd ---> ubda,ubda1... ubda15, ubdb...ubdb15...ubdh15
                    
guest have ubd0..ubd2 devices
I tried both Debian 3.0 and Slack 8.1 images
