I'm running a 2.6.16-bb1 guest kernel on an x86_64 Centos 4.2 host (also with a 2.6.16 kernel) and guest.
The kernel was compiled with gcc 3.4.4.
The command line used to start the kernel is here:

When running some benchmarks, I get these errors from /var/log/messages:
