Ah, I was forgetting you're on x86_64 host, so this is known... it changes if 
you use a Slackware image (I tested up-to 10.0, and have reports on 10.2), 
probably such as this one:

However, I just tested TT mode (with a Slackware 10.0 and a Debian Sarge 
image) and it works just fine.
