Hi, I'm centralizing my image(s) to an NFS share currently to save space on my 3 UML hosts. This is the first time I've used NFS as a partition to store backing files. The issue I'm running into is I can start one UML instance, but the second UML instance can't get a lock on the backing file. (I'm running COW on local disk) Also, if I put the COW file on NFS, it has issues locking it.
I'm mounting with the following params: rw,tcp,lock,wsize=8192,rsize=8192,soft,intr,timeo=10 I'm exporting from the NFS server with: no_root_squash,async,rw Anyone have any ideas on this? --Dan -- To exercise power costs effort and demands courage. That is why so many fail to assert rights to which they are perfectly entitled - because a right is a kind of power but they are too lazy or too cowardly to exercise it. The virtues which cloak these faults are called patience and forbearance. Friedrich Nietzsche ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the JBoss Inc.
