No UBD driver compiled in, it seems (as already said).

Where tf does this comes from? I haven't found any mention of this in the 
sources...

Here it's not even parsing /dev/ubd0, so the option is uncorrect.

It's installed, even if not by DevFS. Are you still with DevFS enabled? In 
this case /dev/ubd/0 _may_ be correct. Anyway, as said in the other.
