Your only possibility is to use an x86 UML binary, built with make ARCH=um 
SUBARCH=i386 and/or within a 32-bit chroot.

In fact, it never got really started... currently there's nobody working on 
it. Jeff Dike did some work time ago on that, so he'll have more precise news
