Hi,

I switched to 2.6.12.3-skas3-v8.2 (host) and 2.6.12.3-bs9 (guest) on three machines, two of them SMP.

The two SMP machines compeletely freeze every two or three days. The single P4 machine has no problem. On each machine run ~ 10 uml guests (1GB filesystem, 128MB ram each, no /dev/anon, no tmpfs)

(machine1: dual opteron 248 2GB; machine2: dual AthlongMP 2ghz 1GB; machine3: p4 3ghz (ht deactivated) 1gb)

so I switched back to 2.6.10-skas3-v7 (host) and 2.6.9-bb4 (guest) and the problem is gone.

There was no kernel panic or something like this, just complete freezes (happend 3 times).

Fist I will get a peppercon card before I upgrade once again. (-;

Tell me if you need more detailed information to track down this problem.

Thank you very much

/sebastian
