The major and minor device numbers of /dev/ubda.  The kernel needs these to 
mount the root, if there is no initrd to take care of that.  I'm pretty 
sure that the kernel itself removes "root=/dev/ubda" and replaces with 
"root=98:0", at least on 2.6.x.
