Hey all,
Its my first time using uml, so this question might be a simple yes, or (hopefully) there is something I'm missing to pick up speed. I have a system, which normally gets about 520Mb/s( w/ netpipe) max that under uml will maybe get up to 61Mb/s, then immediately drop down to around 9Mb/s. The latency is also quite a bit higher. Current mode for the uml is tt, and mem is set at 128M, which for all intensive purposes shouldn't be too bad, should it? I've read a little about skas, will this help the issue much at all? Currently network is setup bridged with eth0 and tap0 promisc, and ip on uml eth0. Any ideas?
