I have configured jackrabbit clustering via postgres on a workspace between the author and two public nodes. It turns out that the author and the public refer to a separate database for this workspace for read and write data. As a result, the point of failure of this particular database is very high, additional replication is needed. How best to make this replication, for example via master-slave, standard postgres tools? Explain why you need journal in this separate database, it records changes, and then how is journal used?
