Hi, I'm troubleshooting an issue where 5.4.5 keeps on crashing completely and has to be restarted and the only clue I get from the logs is that this is caused by the ICC colour profile used in one or more images in the DAM.
[code]flattenTransparentImageForOpaqueFormat cannot run on image with ComponentColorModel. Consider replacing image. Falling back to slower fillTransparantPixels method to flatten image. [img:BufferedImage@6b1897a1: type = 0 ColorModel: #pixelBits = 32 numComponents = 4 color space = java.awt.color.ICC_ColorSpace@2003c225 transparency = 3 has alpha = true isAlphaPre = false ByteInterleavedRaster: width = 61 height = 230 #numDataElements 4 dataOff[0] = 0][/code] This is only a warning but it's the only thing that's listed just before each crash and it's usually listed between 10 and 20 times after each other. The user has not uploaded any new assets recently so I suspect it's caused by a number of assets uploaded in the past that can't be processed and hold up a queue of some sort, but that's a complete guess at this stage. Has anybody else seen any issues like this and maybe have some pointers how to troubleshoot this?
