I made the big mistake of giving a client superuser access (superuser being the only account) and he changed the password - and the forgot it. So I'm in a bit of a snafu. So I tried doing what's described in the Rescue Security Support FAQ (https://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/WIKI/Rescue+Security+Support), which worked and let me login with superuser/superuser. Now I tried adding a new user with the superuser role to be able to use that to reset the default superuser account. The problem is that i can't create a new account when using the Rescue Security login - I always get the same message: "Username already exists".
I really don't know where to turn now as I can't seem to reset the superuser or create a new account. A solution might be to follow the Reset Superuser Account FAQ (https://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/WIKI/Reset+superuser+account), but as I'm doing everything with light modules, I really don't know where to start or if this will even work. Has anyone run into a similar problem and could help me in finding a solution? Is this a bug or a feature in the Rescue Security Support Superuser-Login?
