AFAICT there is no way to place restrictions on the existing website choose 
dialog in the way you want.

However, you should be able to get what you need by creating a copy of the 
website app, and reconfiguring the workbench to show only the nodes you need. 
You will probably have to write a java or groovy class to do the node selection 
based on the "reuseable" property...
Your link field then uses the copied app.
