You can for instance use forwarding virtual URI mappings to map multiple URI's 
to a single page: 
https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS/URI+mapping#URImapping-VirtualURImapping
 (You could also do this in a reverse proxy in front of Magnolia.)

Handling what to show on the page based on the original URI can be done by 
using your own template/component model classes (or Freemarker or even 
JavaScript code).

I'm kind of curious why you want this though. Why don't you want to create 
multiple pages?
