You can create validators for any and all UI fields. If you have virus scanner installed, you can create validator that would send uploaded file to the scanner to validate whether file is infected or not and reject it if infected.
Since Magnolia installation doesn't come bundled with any virus scanner by default there is no such field available out of the box, but if you have scanner, adding validator is straightforward.
