Ahh thank you Vincent! Working perfectly now. In the meanwhile I solved it in a different way (by giving out unique id's to each video, based on youtube or Vimeo id's), in the end this was necessary anyway, because I am using the youtube API to render video's. I'm considering making my custom video component open source to everyone, will keep you guys posted.
