Hey Chris Are you sure that the [b]multisite[/b] module is installed? Check your config under [code]config:/modules/multisite[/code]
On a side note: you will also need an EE Pro license to be able to run the mulitsite module. Regarding your question: Yes indeed, you can run STK together with multisite in 5.4! The only thing that might not work in that combination is when you add the new travel-demo project as variable. Both STK and travel-demo only play nicely together as of Magnolia 5.4.1.
