Yes! For example, you can do it via a frontend AJAX call, which loads and includes the sub-page in the content area of the main page.
Creating the menu and javascript that does this will be your own task. You can retrieve the content from the subpages directly if they have no header/footer, or you could also give them normal headers/footers but access only a specific area or component within the subpage (see direct component/area rendering).
