Hi Chandra, Ouch - not a good situation.
If you need the data that was in the workspace you're probably best off restoring the server from backup. If you delete the tables all the workspace will be lost, and magnolia will bootstrap the default contents, your changes will be gone. Depending on your JCR configuration, you will have lost parts of the workspace data with the file system. If the repository was not shut down cleanly, there may also be inconsistencies. The database tables are not intended for direct manipulation, I would not recommend that... If you're a magnolia customer, this might also be something to take up with support.
