Hello Christian, - In Magnolia 5.3.x, only areas which exist as a node in JCR can be rendered separately. - Since 5.4 its possible to render any area, you should be able to request nested areas by specifying the whole area path: testsite/de~mgnlArea=header,shoppingCart~.html
