Thanks for your reply Richard, I cannot use the solution with only one repository because I do not want to delete any items stored in the workspaces website and dam.
The solution with the utility module sounds a bit complex to me because I have to add a dependency to all my modules to the utility module. And also I am wondering how I can uninstall all my modules from one module, you need to execute some code before any module installation is checked and also I am not sure how to do that. How would you achieve that? Can't I change any flag inside Magnolia instead for making it believes that it is starting from blank?
